Preparation

Prime

Topcoat
Wet paint works better than powder coating for several different reasons.
Powder coating can only be done on metal and wet paint doesn’t need to go into an oven. Therefore plastics, rubbers, wood can be done by wet paint but not powdercoating.
Also having your product sprayed by wet paint can be done easier if there are some defective traits in your product.
Wet paint jobs can be colour matched and done quickly. With powder coating jobs, they can be only be colour matched in huge quantities and it takes many weeks to be done.
